Rezolve AI Signs Revolut Agreement for Merchant-Funded Rewards

Rezolve AI has signed a commercial agreement with Revolut through its Reward business, creating a distribution channel for participating retailers to reach eligible customers through the financial app.

Announced on October 20, the arrangement links merchant-funded rewards to qualifying purchases. Rezolve said Revolut serves more than 80 million customers. That figure describes Revolut’s overall customer base, rather than confirmed campaign eligibility or participation.

Participating merchants, markets, incentive rates and launch dates will be agreed separately. The announcement does not name initial campaigns or quantify expected revenue.

“This agreement gives Rezolve Ai a powerful new channel to connect our merchant partners with consumers and turn customer engagement into purchases,” said Daniel M. Wagner, founder, chairman and CEO of Rezolve AI.

The Reward business connects retail brands with financial services platforms. The agreement extends that distribution strategy across markets to be agreed by the companies.

    Digital Trade Outlook’s View

The agreement creates access to a distribution channel, while commercial results depend on campaigns that have yet to be specified. Merchants will need evidence of incremental purchases and repeat spending after rewards costs. For financial platforms, the opportunity is engagement linked to actual transactions.
